## Job Description
This position is responsible for developing new business in payroll and business cards. Self-sourcing, networking externally and partnering with key team members are requirements for developing business with new and existing banking relationships. This is an inside sales position and performs sales from an office by means of telephone, email, etc.
Principal
Responsibilities:
Responsible for contacting and selling business services products to prospective clients. Consults with clients to understand business model and recommend additional products and services that complement their business. Prepares and presents solutions to clients.
Establish relationships with key business partners (branch, commercial bankers, PUB Merchant Services) and provide them with product information, support options, cross-sell opportunities, and partnership needs. Makes referrals back to business partners
Develop in-depth expertise of the bank's business services products, services and pricing models.
Collaborates with management to develop a marketing strategy and set sales objectives. Maintains an awareness of competitors' products and pricing, including new trends and developments in the industry.
Responsible for tracking and weekly reporting of pipeline, referrals, and sales activity.
Meets sales goals as determined by management.
Meets periodically with key clients to ensure proper servicing of accounts and to expand existing business relationships
Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
## Job Requirements
College degree or equivalent work experience required.
3-5 years relevant experience.

Ability to handle major accounts using excellent sales, interpersonal, negotiating and problem solving skills.

Ability to evaluate, analyze and quantify the financial impact of the issues involved.
