Observes residents and reports to the charge nurse immediately if any unusual conditions/accidents/incidents occur.
Assists with serving meals to include documenting consumption.
Delivers nourishments and water pitchers.
Cares for clean/soiled linen.
Maintains clean and orderly resident rooms daily and assures the call light cord is always within easy reach of the resident.
Makes rounds on our residents and answers call lights Organizes resident rooms to include cleaning, inventory of personal items and labeling.
Makes beds, removes laundry, and delivers laundry as needed.
Setting residents up with items, providing supervision and/or cuing the resident to perform self-care.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
