BAYADA Hospice is committed to setting the highest standard in end-of-life care. We are seeking a part time dynamic Volunteer Coordinator, for our Rutland Hospice, VT office, to help us provide the best care for our clients. This position will be 20 hours per week intially but could grow into a full time benefited role once the offices expands.
The Part Time Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the recruiting and hiring of the hospice volunteers. Responsibilities include planning and supervising all volunteer services, completing the full cycle hiring process from interview through orientation, maintaining personnel files, coordinating in-services, training and representing BAYADA Hospice.
In this role, you will recruit and orient volunteers. You will also keep track of renewable requirements and assist with initial and ongoing training. You will provide opportunities to recognize volunteers and support them in their roles.

The successful candidate will have:
A Bachelors degree.
Experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing , or health care is required, hospice experience a plus.
Highly motivated.
Possess the desire to grow with the office and the company.
You must demonstrate superb interpersonal skills.
Be goal-oriented
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Able to travel by car in a 60 miles radius.
