Leddy Group in Rutland, VT is seeking an Accounting Specialist. Position includes general accounting functions, maintaining and recording business transactions, and preparing reports. Major responsibilities would include Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties, assist with month-end and year-end closing, perform routine accounting activities, compile various documents and reports and verify their accuracy.
Candidates must have experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft Access would be a plus. The candidate would need to have a minimum of Bachelors in Accounting or equivalent. HR or IT skills would be an additional plus.
